Navifreight is hiring full-time EXPERIENCED sales agents to promote our domestic truckload freight services to commercial customer contacts. We offer a competitive salary, strong commission structure, vacation and sick time, and health benefits. Agents that successfully develop regular sales with their accounts can readily generate a 6-figure income. The position is Monday – Friday. You must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

• Strong sales background and interpersonal skills, minimum 2 years experience

• Intrinsically motivated, goals driven, strong work ethic

• Build rapport quickly through effective communication

• Listens and understands customers needs and expectations

• Strategizes calls quickly and manages times well

• Stays calm when frustrations arise

• Is organized and plans daily activities including follow-up calls and appointments

• Abides by Navifreight’s core values of honesty, integrity, and accountability
