Founder, Managing Member
Mike founded Navifreight in 2013 with 10 years of experience in the transportation industry. He brings a combination of operations management and customer-centric focus to the company, ensuring profitability and efficiency. He is aware of every shipment moved with Navifreight.
Michelle McCracken
Chief Administrative Officer
Michelle is the “go-to” person behind the scenes at Navifreight. With years of experience in corporate management, she provides us with helpful insight and accountability. She not only oversees our HR dept, but helps maintain the inner workings of the company.
Scotty Gilmore
Chief Operations Officer Government Division
Scotty is a non-commissioned officer Army veteran with a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. He oversees our government freight division and has been with Navifreight since 2016. He is an integral part of our operation.
